For those of you who haven't read my weight-loss blog,
Witness My Fitness, I have joined Weight Watchers. They have a special program for nursing mothers. Turns out, I wasn't eating enough. So, in the last week I have been eating more on the program. I weighed myself this morning to find out that I lost nearly 3 lbs! YEA!

Cool girl. I'm doing it too. Some weeks, I'm more faithful than others, but it really works! I did it last time to lose my baby weight from Moses, and it really works. Good luck! We will have to check in on one another! I have to say it is going a little slower this time, because I'm still nursing, but it is coming off, and that's what is important!

What encouraging news! Good for you, Melissa! I'm considering re-joining WW, and I'm glad to know they allow more points for nursing moms. Best wishes to you on losing weight. I'll happily "witness your fitness." BTW, a friend of mine recommended a website called the daily plate (www.thedailyplate.com) that really helps you track your food. Check it out!
